Terms and Conditions of Use:

Mercy TV provides a personalized subscription service that allows our members to access Islamic  videos TV Talks  and TV shows, Lectures,  (“Mercy TV”) streamed over the Internet to certain Internet-connected TVs, computers and other devices (“Mercy TV ready devices”).

These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, “Mercy TV service”, “our service” or “the service” means the personalized service provided by Mercy TV for discovering and watching Mercy TV content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.

i)                Sponsorship

a)   Impact television pvt ltd is a broadcasting company which primarily focuses on telecasting programs based on various educational themes, devotional topics and current affairs on

Mercy TV. 

b)  Mercy TV provides it’s viewers with the content through live streaming and VOD (video on demand). The services of Mercy TV are available on satellite, web sites and Mercy TV app.

      c)    Mercy TV has specific timeslots for sponsor based programs and advertisements whose charges range from minimum Rs. 100/- per 10 seconds to maximum Rs. 20,000 per 60 minutes.

ii)           Pricing and Cancellation

a)   the billing cycle for the sponsorship goes as follows: Rs.100 per 10 seconds, Rs. 10,000 per 30 minutes, Rs. 20,000 per 1 hour till 24 hours according to the sponsor’s wish to sponsor our programs.

           b) Your ling will be done according to the time slots selected from 10 seconds to 24 hours.

    c)    If you find any discrepancies in our invoices with respect to programs sponsored by you and/or other details mentioned on the  invoice like GSTIN etc., you are required to email us at support@mercytv.tv within 7              (Seven) days of first receipt of Invoice on email id (s) registered with us(“Invoice Email”).

    d)   We will verify the validity of the bill and modify the discrepancies if informed within 7 days after the bill is issued. The sponsors should ensure that the payment once done after the billing is nonrefundable.

e)   If you do not inform us of any discrepancy within 7 (Seven) days of the date of the Invoice Email, then thereafter, we will not entertain any requests to modify the bills.

iii)          Refunds

     a)   To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable. click on “subscribe now” icon and therein a page would  appear where you can find further details about cancellation as one cannot       cancel his/her sponsorship in he midst of the ongoing timeslot, once the duration of your existing plan ends the sponsorship is automatically cancelled.

           b)     We may change our sponsorship plans and the prices of our services from time to time; however, you can visit our site to look further for any price changes or changes in the sponsorship plans.

c)     We can reschedule your timeslot in the future only if you present your query of rescheduling within 7 seven days after the booking date and once a timeslot
gets locked and booked will not be cancelled until the duration of your selected timeslot ends. Cancellation automatically applies after the end of your
selected timeslot.
